Tiangong Cemented Carbide Product Introduction
Tiangong Cemented Carbide has developed cemented carbide rod grades with four tungsten carbide grain size levels—ultra-fine, extra-fine, fine, and medium—by benchmarking against advanced international standards and aligning with domestic market demand characteristics (see Table 1). Their performance indicators significantly outperform the previously used cemented carbide rod grades. Particularly, the ultra-fine cemented carbide grade FS10 (launched in recent years) and the upcoming new cemented carbide grade UF08 have effectively resolved the traditional trade-off between strength and hardness of cemented carbide, achieving an optimal balance of both properties. Currently, these high-performance cemented carbide rods are widely applied in printed circuit board (PCB) processing, metal cutting, pressure working, as well as various wear-resistant and impact-resistant scenarios.
Tiangong Cemented Carbide strictly adheres to the requirements of its certified ISO9001 Quality Management System to ensure product quality. It employs world-class equipment to inspect the internal quality, appearance, and dimensions of products, and implements full-process inspection and monitoring for each batch. This guarantees that every product leaving the factory meets or approaches the standards of equivalent domestic and international products in terms of both internal quality and appearance.
Currently, the specifications of solid rods available from Tiangong Cemented Carbide are as follows:
Diameter: <1~35mm
Length: Within 700mm
The specifications of perforated rods available include:
Hole types: Single straight hole, double straight holes, double spiral holes (helix angle: 30°±0.5°)
Diameter: <5~35mm
Length: Within 400mm
In addition, in response to market demand, Tiangong Cemented Carbide has also developed various strips and bars. It can also design and manufacture non-standard shaped cemented carbide profiles according to customers' specific requirements.
